Who is the Retinol and anti-aging eye cream EYE by DoctorMi! for?

EYE is suitable for a wide range of skin types, from normal to dry and sensitive to mature skin. This even applies to men's skin as well as to pigmentation disorders as EYE achieves excellent results as a firming and intensively nourishing eye cream against wrinkles. In general, EYE can be used from ages 20 and above especially because of its preventive anti-aging effect.

Can I use EYE, despite the Retinol it contains, around the eye area without any issues?

Yes, there is no need to worry when using the Retinol eye cream EYE: The Retinol it contains is double encapsulated, so it can penetrate faster and easier into the deeper layers of the skin. We specifically prevent the Retinol from adhering to the skin's surface this way where it would otherwise cause irritation and weaken your skin. The sensitive area around the eye, however, can easily react to Retinol. If you experience a feeling of dryness or a slight burning sensation, then reduce the application to once per day in the beginning and slowly accustom your skin to our powerful substances. You will see: Your skin will get used to it and will  be visibly rejuvenated within a short period of time.

Since EYE is a anti-wrinkle eye cream, does it contain Botox?

No, EYE does not contain Botox but the active ingredient ARIGELINE® which has similar properties as Botox without the toxins. Consequently, it naturally counteracts the aging of the skin around your eyes without any invasive procedures.

When should I start using eye cream?

To protect your skin from premature aging, you can use our Retinol eye cream from your early twenties onwards.

Why should I pat eye cream and not rub it in?

The skin around the eyes is generally very thin and less resistant than that of the chin or nose, for example. This means that it is also more easily damaged. To protect the skin around your eyes from wrinkles and fine lines, it is not only important to get enough sleep and use the right active ingredients but to also nourish it properly. More precisely, this means: be gentle and careful with your skin.

The best way to do this is to not rub this area of the skin, be it during skincare or when your tired or stressed. Gently patting in your eye cream is far gentler. When applying an eye cream like EYE it is also helpful to use your ring finger since it is the weakest finger and you usually apply less pressure with it.

How can I enhance the firming effect of EYE?

You can intensify the effect of our anti-aging eye cream by carefully working it into your skin with the Doctor Mi! DERMAROLLER. This allows the TECMi! Retinol contained in the cream to penetrate into your lower skin layer, or dermis, even better - and you also stimulate your skin to produce collagen which has a rejuvenating effect on your skin's appearance.
