THE DOCTOR Mi! EVENING ROUTINE FOR NORMAL SKIN: HOW GO ABOUT IT CORRECTLY
To properly cleanse and nourish normal skin after a long day, you should follow these steps.
CLEAN
Distribute a pea-sized amount CLEAN all over your face in the evening including the area around your eyes. Massage it in with wet hands for 2-3 minutes. Then wash it off with warm water. By the way, you do not need an additional make-up remover due to the effective cleansing it provides, even for removing make-up from your eyes.
TONE.S
Spray TONE.S 2–3 times on a cotton pad in the evening. Apply the toner to your face, neck, and décolletage in a circular motion. Spare the eye area and avoid touching your mouth and nose. The salicylic acid contained in the toner removes impurities and excess sebum from your skin effectively and prepares it optimally for the next steps of your routine.
NIGHT
Evenly apply NIGHT, the Doctor Mi! night care containing 6% TECMi!® Retinol complex, to your face, neck and décolletage after cleansing. Massage NIGHT in until the care product is completely absorbed.
ALTERNATIVE TO NIGHT: RED
As an alternative to NIGHT, you can start by using the Doctor Mi! skin booster RED 2–3 times a week. It contains 8% TECMi!® Retinol complex and offers your skin a true rejuvenation cure overnight. If your skin tolerates RED well, you can use it for a maximum of 5 times a week. Important: If you use RED, you do not have to and should not apply NIGHT on the same evening.
DERMA ROLLER

- Drink enough water
No drinking enough water will not only put your body at risk, in general, from suffering negative consequences, your skin will suffer too as its elasticity will dwindle as a result. So make sure you drink 1.5–2 liters of water every day. If you exercise, you can drink more.
Important: You shouldn't overdo it though as a greatly increased water intake, which clearly exceeds the stated range, has no significant additional effects on your skin. - Reduce the amount of sugar in your diet
By trying to reduce the amount of sugar and carbohydrates in your diet to a maximum of 15%, you can successfully prevent the saccharification of your skin cells and thus their aging. The ketogenic diet is a very powerful type of diet that is proving to be very helpful.
