CLEAN

Distribute a pea-sized amount CLEAN all over your face in the evening including the area around your eyes. Massage it in with wet hands for 2-3 minutes. Then wash it off with warm water. By the way, you do not need an additional make-up remover due to the effective cleansing it provides, even for removing make-up from your eyes.

TONE.S

Spray TONE.S 2–3 times on a cotton pad in the evening. Apply the toner to your face, neck, and décolletage in a circular motion. Spare the eye area and avoid touching your mouth and nose. The salicylic acid contained in the toner removes impurities and excess sebum from your skin effectively and prepares it optimally for the next steps of your routine.

NIGHT

Evenly apply NIGHT, the Doctor Mi! night care containing 6% TECMi!® Retinol complex, to your face, neck and décolletage after cleansing. Massage NIGHT in until the care product is completely absorbed.

ALTERNATIVE TO NIGHT: RED

As an alternative to NIGHT, you can start by using the Doctor Mi! skin booster RED 2–3 times a week. It contains 8% TECMi!® Retinol complex and offers your skin a true rejuvenation cure overnight. If your skin tolerates RED well, you can use it for a maximum of 5 times a week. Important: If you use RED, you do not have to and should not apply NIGHT on the same evening.

  • Drink enough water

  • Avoid alcohol and nicotine.
    Alcohol and nicotine also damage your skin cells. If your complexion is flawless and glowing, you should try not to consume alcohol or cigarettes as they make your complexion appear pale and tired and your face puffy and red.
  • Reduce stress and relax.
    Tension and stress not only make you sick, but also show up on the skin in the form of decreasing elasticity and increased wrinkling. Therefore, it is particularly important to make sure that the stress in your life does not get out of hand and that you have opportunities to balance things out.
