Doctor Mi! Conditions of Participation

• 1. The organizer of the competition is Doctor Mi! GmbH, Widenmayerstr. 31, 80538 Munich.
• 2. The opportunity to participate in the above-mentioned promotion ends on November 2nd, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.
• 3. Only one participation per person is possible.
• 4. Persons residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate.
• 5. Employees of Doctor Mi! GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participating in the competition.
• 6. Persons who register between October 6, 2023 (1:00 a.m.) and November 2, 2023 (11:59 p.m.) via the following registration page are eligible to win: https://doctormi.de/pages/newsletteranmeldung-social
• 7. The winners will be randomly selected from all participants and notified promptly via the contact details provided.
• 8. 1 winner will be drawn at random over the entire competition period. The prize includes 1x the EYE retinol eye cream.
• 9. The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be paid out in cash.
• 10. Doctor Mi! GmbH is entitled to make changes to the prize. In this case, the winner will receive an appropriate replacement prize.
• 11. Legal recourse is excluded.
• 12. Participation via competition clubs, automated services or other service providers is not permitted.
• 13. Doctor Mi! GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition at any time without giving reasons if there is suspicion of manipulation. If the winner has already been drawn, the prize can be withdrawn retroactively; a prize that has already been delivered can be reclaimed.
